摘　　要：目的：探讨股骨长骨段粉碎骨折应用带锁髓内钉治疗的优劣与要点。方法：作者着眼于骨折固定的牢固程度、骨折愈合率、深部感染率、术后功能的康复诸方面．总结了应用带锁髓内何治疗的１７例股骨长骨段粉碎骨折。结果：经半年以上随访，治疗效果满意。结论：此型骨折应用带锁髓内何治疗，相对其他内固定器材有明显优势。在治疗中．应特别重视正确处理骨碎片及尽可能采用闭合穿钉术。Objective Todiscuss the advantages and the key points of the treatment of comminuted long fem- oral fracture with interlocking intramedullary nail. Methods: According to the stability of fixing bone, the rate of bony union. the rate of deep infection and the recovery from fracture, the authors reviewed 17 patients who were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail. Results: The results of the treatment were satisfactory after following up the patients over half a year. Conclusions: In the case of the treatment of comminuted long femoral fracture, inter- locking intramedullary nail has obvious advantage in comparison with other internal fixators. During the treatment spe- cial attention should be paid to the proper disposal of the bony fragments and closed technique should be used if possi- ble.
