摘　　要：为广泛开展腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科领域中应用。方法：１９９６年３月～１９９９年８月采用经版和腹腔两种术式行腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术３６例。结果：本组３６例均获成功，失血量小于１００ｍｌ，囊液８０～５００ｍｌ。结论：适用于有症状的肾囊肿，比传统的方法更简单而有效，值得在泌尿外科领域广泛推广。Objective o widely use laparoscopy in urology. Methods: From third 1996 to April 1999, 36 pa- tient were subjected to laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst using two methods: Troperitoneal and retroperitoneal meth- ods. the age of the patients ranged from 22 to 64 years and cyst size from 80 to 500 cm Results: Laparoscopic unroof- ing renal cyst proceduce less trauma and discomfort. After a 3~24 month follow up, no recurrence of all renal cysts were observed. Conclusious: Laparoscopy may be better indicated for symptomatic. simply renal cysts and can he widely used in urology.
