摘 要:目的:对四川省30家大中型综合医院放疗科(中心)工作环境辐射剂量进行调查,评价四川地区医疗机构放疗工作场所环境辐射防护水平。方法:通过采用高灵敏LiF(Mg,Cu,P)TLD(热释光剂量计)对各中心放射治疗机房外墙、控制室、候诊厅等工作区域进行为期60天连续的累积剂量监测,并将所得结果和有关部门公布的调查结果进行比较。结果:四川省医疗机构放疗工作场地、候诊环境及办公区域环境的年辐射剂量水平分别为1.34mSv、0.86mSv、1.03mSv。结论:四川省放疗中心工作场所环境辐射剂量水平均在安全范围以内。Objective: In this research, we investigated 30 radiation therapy centers in Sichuan province to evaluate the radia- tion protection levels of the medical institutions in Siehnan region. Methods: The cumulate dose of the outer wall of treatment room, operation room , waiting room and other relevant regions in 30 radiation therapy centers were measured for consecutive 60 days by sensi- tive LiF( Mg, Cu, P) elements. The results were then compared with which were announced by the institute of radiation protection. Re- sults: The average measured dose of working area, waiting area and office room was 1.34mSV, 0. 86mSV, 1.03mSV per year, respec- tively in these radiation therapy centers in Sichuan province. Conclusion: The cumulate doses of work place of all centers attending this research are under the safe value.
