摘　　要：词汇是语言的基本要素,它是语言中最活跃、发展最快的一部分,它也是语言中最能反映民族文化特点的因素。一语义组的意义,能反映出不同民族生活习惯和思维方式上的差异。在语言世界图景的各个片段中最受注目的片段之一就是民族饮食文化。本文选取五个最能代表俄罗斯饮食的俄语词,分析浓缩于语言中的俄罗斯饮食文化及更广泛的文化特点,对了解并掌握词汇文化内涵具有重要意义。Vocabulary learning and cultural connotations of vocabulary contribute to the ethnic culture understanding as it is the most active part of the language,a true record of the times.The research on how to convey the meaning of one certain semantic group in one language can reflect the differences in lifestyle and thinking pattern among different nations.This paper starts from the perspective of vocabulary and semantics,and analyzes the characteristics of Russian food culture which is the most popular issue in the study of language by the research concentrated on five typical Russian food words,so as to expound the significance to understand and grasp the cultural connotation of vocabulary.
