摘  要:通过分析云霄洞地下河的环境特征、洞穴发育特征 ,以及补给、径流、排泄和动态特征 ,为岩溶石山治理与可持续发展提出旱涝治理与岩溶水开发并举的一种模式 ,其特点是将引水工程和排洪工程合二为一 ,投资少、工期短、收效快。WT5BZ]The drought and flood are important environmental problems in karst. They occur usually in uncovered and thin covered karst area. There is a typical bare karst with 540000 km 2 area in south China. It is a structure of double layers with the underground water distributed unevenly, buried deeply and difficult to be exploited. The karst area in south China is short in both irrigating water and drinking water even in rainy season. In some areas, however, because the conduits for draining water are blocked, in some low place, such as depression and valley, is of periodical flood in rainy season. The duration of drought could last from several days to 3 months. The subterranean river of Yunxiao cave in Xinhua, Hunan, is a typical example. Based on the investigation on the characteristics of Yunxiao underground river, including recharge, runoff, discharge and their fluctuation, a model is put forward, featuring harnessing drought and flood in connection with the development of water resources and harnessing karst mountain in connection with the sustainable development of regional economy. The model is to combine the diversion works and drainage works into one, which leads to less investment, shorter engineering time for a project and higher efficiency in drought flood control and karst water exploitation.
