血浆和血清诊断包虫病和囊虫病的比较

摘　　要：目的　比较血清和血浆进行免疫诊断的结果 ,探讨用血浆进行包虫病和囊虫病诊断的可能性。方法　囊虫病诊断用郑州博赛生物试剂实验研究所生产的囊虫病诊断ELISA试剂盒 (CYT BLISA) ,包虫病诊断用常规BLISA。结果　经实验 ,血浆测试结果与血清测试结果完全相同。结论　血清和血浆均可进行包虫病和囊虫病的免疫诊断。Objective To compare the results of immune diagnosis of plasma and serum finds the possibility of immune diagnosis using plasma.[WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]The determination of Human Cysticercosis used Human Cysticercosis Diagnosis ELISA(CYT ELISA)producted by zhengzhou Biocell Institute.The determination of Human Hydatidosis used traditional method of diagnosis ELISA.[WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]After experiments,the result of using plasma and using serum is completely same.[WT5”HZ]Conclusions [WT5”BZ]Plasma and serum can diagnose Human Hydatidosis and Human Cysticercosis. [WT5”HZ]
