摘　　要：社区文化可以形成一种强大的认同感、有助于塑造高尚人格和培养道德规范、为农村基层民主自治提供坚实的文化基础。政策建议:社区文化基础设施是农村社区文化活动的基本物质保障;赋予农村社区文化建设以深厚的人文关怀;构建富有时代特点的新型社区文化建设模式。These conclusions can be made from the article： community culture can form a powerful sense of identity; it can help shape the noble character and is useful for ethics training; it can provide a solid cultural foundation for rural grass-roots democracy and autonomy. At last, the article makes some policy recommendations.
