摘  要:目的了解癌症患者血培养病原菌的分布及耐药情况。方法用Bact/Alert 3D全自动血培养仪对2011-2012年新疆肿瘤医院住院癌症患者共3 044份血标本进行培养,采用VITEK 2Compact全自动细菌分析仪进行鉴定和药敏试验,采用WHONET5.4软件进行分析。结果 3 044份血标本中共检出病原菌381株,检出率为12.5%,其中革兰阳性球菌占56.2%,革兰阴性杆菌占39.6%,念珠菌属占4.2%。检出率最高的病原菌分别为大肠埃希菌(25.2%)、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(23.9%)、金黄色葡萄球菌(21.8%)。革兰阳性球菌对糖肽类和利奈唑胺高度敏感,革兰阴性杆菌对亚胺培南、阿米卡星和哌拉西林/他唑巴坦敏感性较高。结论血培养分离的病原菌种类分布广,及时了解血培养结果可以对临床抗菌治疗提供依据,防止抗菌药物滥用及耐药菌株的产生。Objective To investigate and analyze the distribution and the drug resistance of pathogenic bac-teria isolated from blood samples in cancer patients in the hospital .Methods 3044 blood samples were cul-tivated by Bact/Alert 3D automated hemanalysis system ,VITEK 2 compact automatic analyzer was used for bacterial identification and susceptibility test .Corresponding results were analyzed by WHONET 5 .4 software .Results Totally 381 strains were isolated from 3044 blood samples with positive rate of 12 .5% . Gram-positive bacteria account for 56 .2% ,Gram-negative account for 39 .6% and candida strains account for 4 .2% .The Escherichia coli were the most common in all bacteria (25 .2% ) ,then coagulase negative staphylococcus (23 .9% ) and Staphylococcus aureus (21 .8% ) .Gram-positive bacteria were sensitive to glycopeptides and linezolid .The Gram-negative bacteria were highly sensitive to imipenem ,amikacin and piperacillin/tazobactam .Conclusion The pathogenic bacteria isolated from blood culture are widely dis-tributed .The early detection of the isolated pathogens and the drug resistance analysis are very important in guiding the clinical administration .It suggests that antibiotic should be used rationally so as to reduce the drug resistance of bacteria .
