消白酊治疗寻常型白癜风60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨消白酊外用治疗寻常型白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例寻常型白癜风患者随机分成两组,治疗组(32例)外用消白酊,对照组(28例)外用复方卡力孜然酊。疗程12w,治疗4、8、12w后各复诊1次,观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果治疗4w后,治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为18.75%和32.14%;治疗8w后有效率分别为53.13%和53.57%;治疗12w后有效率分别为65.63%和64.29%,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(Ρ均>0.05)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论消白酊治疗寻常型白癜风安全有效。Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of Xiaobai tincture in the treatment of vitiligo vul-garis .Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups ,the treatment group （32 cases） were treated with Xiaobai tincture ,the control group （28 cases） with compound Kaliziran tincture .The treat-ment duration was 12 weeks ,and subsequent visits were at the 4th ,8th ,12th week .Results The efficacy of the treatment group and the control group were 18 .75% and 32 .14% respectively after 4 week′treatment , 53 .13% and 53 .57% after 8 weeks′of treatment ,and 65 .63% and 64 .29% after 12 weeks of treatment . There was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups .Conclusion Xiaobai tincture is effective and safe in the treatment of vitiligo vulgaris .
