药物湿敷预防CHOP方案所致化学性静脉炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨采用不同药物湿敷预防CHOP方案化疗所致静脉炎的效果。方法选择120例第1次使用CHOP方案化疗的患者，随机分为两组：观察组：化疗前30min给予25％硫酸镁联合2％利多卡因局部湿敷穿刺点上方沿静脉走向5～10cm处，至静推结束约2h；对照组：应用25％硫酸镁湿敷，湿敷时点、时长及部位同观察组。观察两组静脉炎发生率及湿敷预防静脉炎有效率。结果观察组静脉炎发生18例（30．0％），对照组38例（63．3％）；观察组湿敷预防静脉炎有效48例（80．0％），对照组有效31例（51．7％），两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论25％硫酸镁联合2％利多卡因局部湿敷能更好地预防CHOP方案化疗引起的静脉炎。Objective To investigate the effects of preventing phlebitis caused by CHOP regimen with wet compressing of different drugs .Methods To select 120 patients who accpeted CHOP regimens for the first time and divide them into two groups randomly .Observation group ：local wet compressing with 25%magnesium sulfate mixed with 2% lidocaine in the puncture point along the vein to 5 -10 cm ahead of 30 minutes before chemotherapy ,static push for 2 h ;control group ：wet compressing with 25% magnesium sulfate ,the time and position of wet compressing were as the same as those of observation group .Compa-ring the incidence of phlebitis between two groups and effects of wet compressing against phlebitis .Result 18 cases （30 .0% ） of phlebitis in observation group and 38 （63 .3% ） in control group ;48 cases （80 .0% ） have been proved to be effective by using the method and 31 （51 .7% ） in control group .The differences between two groups were statistically significant （P 〈0 .05） .Conclusion Magnesium sulfate mixed with lidocaine can effectively prevent phlebitis caused by CHOP regimen .
