摘 要:根据空间齿轮啮合原理,建立了微小型新结构齿轮滚刀单头错齿滚刀的滚齿过程数学模型;以单个齿槽为研究对象,借助CAD环境的布尔运算功能,仿真了滚刀每个刀齿在其展成位置处产生的未变形切屑的实体几何形状以及瞬时齿槽的实体几何形状;将CAD环境中产生的瞬时齿槽导入DEFORM-3D,仿真了典型刀齿滚切齿轮齿槽时的切屑形成和流动机理,得到了每一瞬时刀齿与齿坯上的等效应力分布图.According to the space gear meshing theory, the mathematical modeling of the gear hobbing process with new structure of the micro hob, which has only one start and the teeth on which are arranged in staggered type, has been established. The forming process of the un- deformed chip and the instantaneous gear gap has been simulated with the aid of Boolean operation function in the CAD environment. Further, the instantaneous gear gap produced in the CAD environment is guided in the DEFORM-3D environment so that the formation and flow mechanism of the chip together with the stress analysis of the typical cutter tooth have been implemented. In this way, the distribution figures of the equivalent stress of the cutter tooth and the gear gap could be obtained at each instantaneous time.
