欠发达地区农民创业扩张意愿分析——基于江西省的调查数据  

Analysis on Expansion Willingness of Farmer Entrepreneurs in the Underdeveloped Areas——Based on the Survey in Jiangxi Province

摘　　要：文章利用江西1080份农民创业的调查数据,分别运用交互分析和二元Logistic模型分析了影响农民创业扩张意愿的因素,结果表明:在农民个体特征中,年龄、婚姻状况、技能状况以及风险态度等因素对农民创业扩张意愿有重要影响;在社会资本中,与国有银行或政府机构的良好关系能显著促进农民创业扩张意愿,与政府高层关系的好坏是影响农民创业扩张意愿的重要因素,经常参加社会活动对农民创业扩张意愿有显著影响。Based on 1080 survey data of farmer entrepreneurs in Jiangxi Province,this paper analyzes the factors which affect expansion willingness of farmer entrepreneurs by using interactive analysis and binary Logistic model. The results show that among the farmers’individual characteristics,age,marital status,skill condition and risk attitude have important influences on expansion willingness of farmer entrepreneurs;in the social capital, good relations with the state-owned banks or government agencies can significantly promote expansion willingness, and relationships with governmental high-ranking is a major factor,besides,the impact of participating in social activities is significant.
