河北省油料产业的发展现状 问题与对策

摘　　要：油料作物是植物油脂和蛋白质的最重要来源,随着人民生活水平的提高和膳食结构的变化,油脂和蛋白质的消费量逐年增加,而河北省油料作物生产却出现了种植面积萎缩、产量徘徊不前的现象。河北省是全国的油料作物生产大省,面对食用油价格不断攀升、供需矛盾日益突出的严峻形势,科学制定油料作物产业发展对策成为当前紧迫而艰巨的任务。作者分析了当前河北省油料作物产业发展的现状及存在的主要问题,并提出了河北省油料作物产业发展的思路和对策。Oil crops is the most important source of vegetable oil and protein, with the improvement of living standards and changes of dietary structure, consumption of fat and protein were increased year by year, while the planting area of oil production in Hebei Province was reduced and the yield was not increased. As a major oil producing province in China, Hebei Province was facing the grim situation of rising price of edible oil, the contradiction between supply and demand, scientific formulation of oil crops industry development had become an urgent and arduous task. The development situation and existed problems of oil crops industry in I-Iebei Province were analyzed, and the development mentality and countermeasures of oil crops industry in Hebei Province were proposed.
