重庆道地黄连、青蒿的重金属含量研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对重庆道地产黄连、青蒿的重金属含量进行分析与评价,为这两味药材的质量研究提供参考.方法:对所采集的重庆道地黄连、青蒿的铅、镉(原子吸收法)以及砷(原子荧光法)进行测定、分析.结果:黄连样品铅、镉、砷平均含量分别为0.208 1,0.072 1和0.951 6mg/kg.青蒿样品铅、镉、砷平均含量分别为0.500 0,0.068 7和1.198 0mg/kg.结论:所测定黄连、青蒿药材的重金属含量符合国家《绿色药用植物及制剂》相应标准.This investigation has been conducted to analyze the concentrations of heavy metal in Coptis chinensis Franch and Artemisia annual of ChongQing,and to provide reference for the research on the quality.Graphite Furnace ASS has been established to determine the contents of Pb,Cd in Coptis and Artemisia annual,and atomic fluorescence spectrometry established to determine the contents of As in Coptis and Artemisia annual.The results show that the average content of Pb,Cd,As in Coptis chinensis Franch are 0.208 1 mg/kg,0.072 1 mg/kg,0.951 6 mg/kg.The average content of Pb,Cd,As in Artemisia annual is 0.500 0 mg/kg,0.068 7 mg/kg,1.198 0 mg/kg.It is concluded that the results are in accordance with requirements of Green Standards of Medicinal Plants and Preparations for Foreign Trade and Economy.
