摘　　要：应对21世纪高素质综合型人才的需求,结合植物逆境生理学教学的要求,整合验证性实验为综合设计性实验,探讨植物逆境生理的综合性设计性实验,通过实施获得以下经验:结合植物生产类专业选择生长快、易培养有代表性的植物材料;采用无土栽培方式培养材料;分组进行干旱、盐碱、低温逆境胁迫处理,并均设对照和三个胁迫水平;选择生物膜伤害、渗透调节、抗氧化特性中三个有代表性的测定指标;以论文形式撰写实验报告;总结实验中存在问题和改进方法;深入讨论实验结果;真正达到理论与实验的统一.In order to explore comprehensive experiment design to plant stress physiology, response to demand for comprehensive talents of high quality in the 21st century, and combination with demand for plant stress physiology teaching, proven experiments converted into comprehensive experiment. We gain these experience from practice as fol- lows： Breeding representative plant of rapid growth and easy euhivation by plant-production specialty; Growing by soil- less culture; The control and three stress degree comparative analysis of dry, saline and low temperature stress circum- stance; choosing Representative indicators of membrane damage, osmotic adjustment and antioxidant qualities; Writing reports in paper form; Summarizing some problems and improved methods in experiment; Further discussion at results; Really be unify theroy and practice.
