摘　　要：动物实验是生命科学研究中必须采用的手段,对生物医学的发展起着至关重要的作用,随着社会发展、科技进步和人类道德水准提高,动物实验伦理问题引起了人们广泛关注,生物医学研究必须与动物实验伦理学协调发展,才能使动物实验更好地服务于科技进步、人类健康和社会发展。笔者所在医院按照动物伦理学要求建立实验动物心脏手术室开展左心辅助装置研究,通过自行研制实验器械降低实验成本,提高左心辅助装置动物心脏实验的成功率。Animal experiment is a method which must be used in life science. It also plays an important role in development of biomedicine. With the development of society, science-technology progress and improvement of moral standard, and the ethical issues of animal experiments focused on extensive attention. In order to preferably serve the sci- entific and technological progress, human health and social development by the animal experiments, biomedical research must be coordinated with the development of ethics of animal experiments. In our hospital, the establishment of cardiac operating room for experimental animal in accordance with animal ethics requirements was performed for a left ventricular assist device research. The experiments cost was reduced and success rate of animal cardiac experiments was improved by self-made equipment.
