摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下经皮肾穿刺造瘘术治疗晚期盆腔肿瘤致梗阻性肾衰竭的价值。方法回顾分析24例晚期盆腔肿瘤致梗阻性肾衰竭超声引导下肾穿刺造瘘治疗前、后尿量及肾功能变化。结果 24例均置管成功。治疗后尿量明显增加,血肌酐明显下降。未发生严重并发症。结论超声引导下经皮肾穿刺造瘘术治疗晚期盆腔肿瘤致梗阻性肾衰竭具有创伤小、费用低、并发症少的优点,可明显改善肾功能,提高患者终末期的生存质量。Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy in treatment of obstructive renal failure induced by pelvic neoplasms during advanced stage. Methods Changes of urine volume and re- nal function before and after ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy in 24 patients with obstructive renal failure in- duced by pelvic neoplasms during advanced stage were retrospectively analyzed. Results The 24 patients were success- fully indwelled catheter. After treatment, the urine volume increased and the blood creatinine obviously reduced. There was no complication in the 24 patients. Conclusion The ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy in treatment of obstructive renal failure induced by pelvic neoplasms during advanced stage is a method of less injury and complication, which can obviously improve renal function and patients＇ quality of life during final stage.
