摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法,单波长切换测定复方氯霉素醇溶液中水杨酸、氯霉素的含量。方法色谱柱:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);柱温:30℃;流动相:甲醇-水(55∶45);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:303 nm(0~4 min),278 nm(4~7 min)。结果水杨酸和氯霉素的线性范围为10.00~200.0 g/ml。平均回收率分别为99.90%、99.78%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.82%、0.99%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简单、准确可靠,可缩短复方氯霉素醇溶液样品的检测时间,提高水杨酸、氯霉素含量测定结果的准确性。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method with single wavelength switching in determination of contents of salicylic acid and chloramphenicol in compound ehloramphenicol al- coholic solution. Methods Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) of chromatographic column was used, and the column temperature was 30℃ ; the mobile phase was methanol-water (55: 45) , and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/ rain; the detection wavelengths were 303 nm (0-4 rain) and 278 nm (4-7 rain). Results The linear ranges of salicylic acid and chloramphenicol was at 10.00-200.0 mg/ml, the average recoveries were 99.90% and 99.78% respectively, and relative standard deviation (RSD) were 0.82% and0.99% (n =6) respectively. ConcLusion The method is sim- ple, accurate and reliable, and it may shorten the detection time of Compound Chloramphenicol Alcoholic solution and improve the determination accuracy of Salicylic Acid and Chloramphenicol.
