摘　　要：目的总结微创开胸行心外膜起搏治疗晚期心力衰竭(以下简称心衰)的护理体会。方法对3例晚期心衰经冠状静脉植入左心室电极失败者,选择微创开胸植入心外膜电极技术心脏再同步治疗。手术由心内、心外科医生,手术室护士和导管室护士共同协作完成。护理要点:完善术前评估及术前准备;术中密切配合,严密观察病情变化;术后做好各项监护,防止并发症。结果 3例术中电极植入均顺利,无并发症。术后心功能改善,生活质量均有不同程度的提高。结论心外膜电极植入心脏再同步治疗心衰是可行的。科学、完善的围术期护理是保证手术成功的重要环节。Objective To summarize the nursing experience for epicardial pacing therapy in patients with heart failure by minimally invasive thoracic operation. Methods Three patients with advanced heart failure received minimally invasive epicardial electrode implantation of cardiac resynchronization therapy after failure of coronary vein implantation of left ventricular electrode. The operation was performed by the collaboration of cardiology and cardiac surgeons, and nur- ses in operating room and catheter room. Nursing points were complete preoperative assessment and preparation, close co- operation and observation during operation, and postoperative monitoring in prevention of complications. Results Three patients were successfully implanted electrodes without complication, Cardiac function and quality of life in the three pa- tients improved with different degrees. Conclusion Epicardial electrode implantation of cardiac resynchronization thera- py in patients with heart failure is safe and feasible. Scientific and complete perioperative nursing plays an important role in the successful operation.
