摘  要:铸铁件中的白口组织会造成铸件加工困难,HT200真空泵泵盖壁厚较小,铸造中经常出现白口组织,造成因机加工困难而致废。本文研究了HT200真空泵泵盖的热处理工艺,通过热处理消除了真空泵泵盖得白口组织,使其加工性能得到改善,提高了其成品率。The iron carbide in cast iron can result in subsequent processing difficulties,the pump cover of vacuum pump is thin,the iron carbide often be formed in the foundry,the pump cover will be rejected because of the subsequent processing difficulties.The techniques of how to eliminate iron carbide using heat treatment has been researched in this paper.The iron carbide of the vacuum pump cover has been eliminated by using heat treatment method;the machining capability of vacuum pump cover has been improved and the yield is raised.
