云南边境口岸物流的层次定位与发展对策

摘　　要：在实施"桥头堡"战略背景下,云南边境口岸物流发展尤显重要。针对云南边境口岸物流现状,找出制约其发展的主要因素,从边境口岸物流载体城市经济状况、基础设施、口岸规模及政治政策环境四个方面,构建边境口岸物流重要性评价指标体系,利用层次分析法,依据各边境口岸得分将其物流重要性分为核心、重要、一般三个层次;确定了云南边境口岸物流发展的层次定位,构建了主次分明、层次清晰、结构合理的云南边境口岸物流体系。With the strategic background of bridgehead, the logistics development of the frontier ports in Yunnan is very important. The main factors which prevent the logistics development are analyzed. The evaluating index system of the importance about the logistics for the frontier ports is constructed according to the four aspects such as the urban economics along the frontier ports, basic facilities, the scale of the frontier ports and political policies. The importance of the logistics is divided into key, important and common levels with the analytic hierarchy process. The logistics system with clear hierarchy and rational structure is established according to the hierarchy positioning of the logistics development for Yunnan frontier ports.
