摘　　要：我国民间艺术作品种类丰富,是我国重要的文化遗产。但是在全球化和国际化发展的潮流中,民间艺术作品正面临严峻的生存和发展环境。如何保护民间艺术作品已经日益必要和紧迫。关于民间艺术作品的保护,学界存在两种保护模式之说,但是均有其利弊,从民间艺术作品的定义、保护模式进行论述,讲述民间艺术作品的法律保护。Variety of folk literary and artistic works is an important cultural heritage. However, in the trend of globalization and international development, civil Literary and Artistic Works is facing severe survival and devel- opment environment. How to protect folk art and literature has become increasingly necessary and urgent. With re- gard to the protection of folklore, there are two protection modes which have their own advantages and disadvanta- ges. From the definition of folk literary and artistic works protected mode, this article discusses the legal protection of folklore.
