某市护理队伍现状分析与发展对策

摘　　要：选取某市88个有代表性的医疗机构及卫生教育机构,调查分析其护理队伍现状,包括护理人员配置、年龄分布、学历与职称结构、继续教育、临床科研、参政议政等情况,分析目前存在主要问题,提出加强科技投入,构建护理管理体系,强化护理人才队伍建设,加强护理临床科研和海内外护理学术交流合作,建立激励机制等发展对策。Select 88 representative institution of medical and health education,investigation and analysis of current situation of tnursing staff in a city,inclu- ding the total amount of nursing team, age dlstribution, education and professional title structure, continuing education, clinical nursing research,participation in politics, etc. An analysis about the main present problems was made, which helps for putting forward some development such asincreas- ing investment on research, building the nursing management system, strengthening the construction of talent team, strengthen clinical nursing research and enhancing the academic exchanges home and abroad, and establishing reward mechanism to solve them.
