5S法在臀肌挛缩松解术后功能锻炼中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究分析"5S"法在臀肌挛缩患者术后功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法:将89例臀肌挛缩症患者随机分为试验组(n=46)和对照组(n=43)。对照组采用常规指导法,试验组采用"5S"法进行指导,比较两组患者的功能锻炼达标率和健康教育满意率。结果:试验组患者功能锻炼达标率与健康教育满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"5S"法应用与臀肌挛缩松解术后功能锻炼指导,能明显提高患者功能锻炼正确性,促进患者康复,从而提高了健康教育满意率。Objective：To study the application effects of ＂5S methods＂ in post - operative functional exercise of gluteal muscle contracture （GMC） patients. Methods ： 89 cases of GMC were randomly divided into experimental group （ n = 46 ） and control group （ n = 43 ）. Conventional guidance and ＂5 S methods＂ were given to control group and experimental group respectively. Compared the two groups of patients with functional exercise compliance and health educa- tion satisfaction rate. Results：The functional exercise compliance rate and health education satisfation rate in experiment group were higher than that in con- trol group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The application of ＂5S methods＂ and functional exercise guidance in postoperative of GMC release is able to improve the accuracy of patient functional exercise and promote post - operative rehabilitation, so as to increase health education satisfaction rate.
