摘　　要：目的:评价SHEL模式在手术室护理不良事件防范中的应用价值。方法:采用SHEL模式系统分析我院2011年手术室上报护理不良事件41例发生的原因及监控管理体系中的缺陷,采取整改措施并进行跟踪验证,对采取整改措施前后上报的不良事件进行比较分析。结果:针对性改进措施后,2012年手术室报告护理不良事件17例和2011年相比较,上报不良事件发生率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用SHEL模式分析不良事件发生的原因,根据相关因素制定有效的措施,可减少不良事件发生。Objective：To evaluate the application value of SHEL model to prevent the nursing adverse events in operation room. Methods：The SHEL model system analysis of our hospital from 2011 in operation room nursing adverse events in 41 patients reported dofects causes and monitoring management system, took corrective measures and track verification, carried on the comparative analysis of adverse events and take measures for rectification. Results：The im- provement measures after the 2012 report,the operation room nursing adverse events in 17 patients and compared with that in 2011 ,reported incidence of ad- verse events was lower, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The application of SHEL model to analyze the causes of adverse e- vents, formulate effective measures according to the related factors, can reduce the adverse events.
