摘　　要：党内民主制度建设是党的建设的重要内容,党的十八大再次指出党内民主是党的生命力所在。邓小平党内民主制度建设思想丰富,集中体现在:强调党章的最高纪律权威,主张党的领导制度民主化,实行党的代表大会常任制,推行党内民主选举和干部管理民主化等五个方面。The inner-party democratic system construction is an important part of the construction of inner- party, which was pointed out in the Fighteenth Congress again as the vigor of the party. Deng Xiao-ping^s thought on the construction of inner-party democracy is rich and abundant, which is intensely demonstrated in its empha- sis on the supreme authority of party constitution discipline, advocation of democracy in the party＇s leadership system, practice of the party congress with regular annual conferences, inner-party democratic elections and ca- dres management democratization, etc.
