青岛市部分企业外来务工人员心理健康适应性调查

摘　　要：目的调查青岛市外来务工人员的心理健康和环境性适应性状况,为制定相应的干预措施提供依据。方法采用自行设计的青岛市外来务工人员环境适应性调查问卷和SCL-90症状自评量表,调查2009-03—2010-03青岛市三家企业中随机抽取的300名新招外来务工人员的心理适应性状况。结果通过调查显示,外来务工人员的心理适应问题不容乐观,特别是人际敏感性、抑郁和恐怖3项因子得分高于全国常模。另外在婚姻、年龄、教育程度、工作时间等方面对心理健康影响的调查中,也有不同程度的心理问题。结论青岛地区外来务工人员存在明显的心理不适应性。外来务工人员的心理问题可能会导致疾病以及产生社会隐患,如加以积极的心理疏导和社会帮扶,会有利于外来务工人员迅速融入社会、创造价值,对提升企业形象和经济发展都有重要的促进作用。Objective To survey the adaptable conditions of migrant workers in Qingdao City to their psychology and environment, so as to provide the foundation to relevant improved interventions. Methods Using the questionnaire designed by anthors about the adaption of migrant workers in Qingdao City, anthors studyed adaptable conditions of 300 new migrant workers selected randomly at three enterprises in Qingdao City to their psychology from March of 2009 to March of 2010 by the Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）. Results The problem of psychological adaption of migrant workers was not optimistic by questionnaire, especially, 3 factor in interpersonal sensitivity, depression and horror were higher than that of the national norm. In addition, there were h psychological problems in the investigation of the effect about marriage, age, education level and duration of work year to the mental health. Conclusion Migrant workers in Qingdao City have obvious psychological inadaptability. Psychological problems of migrant workers can cause a huge burden of disease and social problems; if providing active psychological and social support intervention, there will be better for migrant workers to quickly integrate into society, create value, enhance corporate image and develop the economy.
