大学生创业服务体系构建的影响因素与对策

摘　　要：在大学生创业过程中,需要政府、高校、企业及社会机构等创业服务主体为大学生提供各种服务与支持,帮助大学生完成创业活动。文章应用系统动力学,从政府、社会、学校和企业四个方面绘制了创业服务体系复杂关系反馈图,通过对图中反馈关系和各种影响大学生创业因素的分析,提出了构建和完善大学生创业服务体系的对策建议,为创业服务体系的建设提供决策参考。In the process of college students’ entrepreneurship,need the government,universities,enterprises and institutions of society subject for college students to provide a variety of business services such as service and support,to help college students entrepreneurial activity.Application of system dynamics,the article from the government,society,schools and enterprises from four aspects map innovation service system of the complex relationship between feedback,feedback relations based on the picture and the analysis of the factors affecting college students’ entrepreneurship,and connecting with the actual,proposed to build and improve the innovation service system of college students countermeasures and provide decision-making reference for the construction of innovation service system.
