益气活血解毒方治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血解毒方治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 59例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为2组:对照组41例,予以西医常规治疗;治疗组38例,在西医常规治疗基础上,服用益气活血解毒方,2次/d,30 d为1个疗程,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.11%,对照组总有效率为73.17%,2组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗组心电图疗效均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西医治疗的基础上,用益气活血解毒方加减治疗冠心病患者临床疗效优于单纯西医治疗。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi-Huoxue-Jiedu（replenishing qi-Activating blood-Removing toxin） decoction in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods Seventy nine patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups： patients in TCM group（n=38） received Yiqu-Huoxue-Jiedu decoction in addition to western medicine and control group（n=41） received western medicine alone,for 30 days.Clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in TCM group was 92.11% and that in control group was 73.17%（P0.05）.The electrocardiographic improvement in TCM group was more marked than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion In addition to western medicine,Yiqi-huoxue-jiedu decoction is more effective than western medicine alone in treatment of patients with coronary artery disease angina pectoris.
