高频彩色多普勒超声对男性乳腺增生症的诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对男性乳腺增生症的诊断价值。方法对2008年1月至2011年12月间的因乳腺肿块进行超声检查的30位男性患者38个乳腺肿块的超声声像图特征进行回顾性分析,测量乳腺肿块处腺体厚度与正常男性乳腺厚度比较,观察内部回声、血流分布情况,最后与临床随访结果或手术病理作对照。结果超声诊断29位男性患者、37个乳腺肿块为乳腺增生症,与病理或临床诊断相符,1例误诊乳腺炎性病灶。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对男性乳腺增生症有较高诊断价值。Objective To assess the value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of gynecomastia. Methods The characteristics of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography images of 30 male patients with breast lumps （38 breast lumps） during January 2008 to December 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. The thickness of lumps were compared with that of normal male subjects, and the internal echo and blood flow were measured. The correlation of echograph findings with clinical and pathological features was studied. Results Twenty-nine cases of gynecomastia （37 breast lumps ） were diagnosed by ultrasonography, which were consistent with pathological or clinical diagnosis. One case was misdiagnosed as mastitis by untrasonography. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasonography is of high value in diagnosis of gynecomastia.
