热农3WF-2型背负式喷雾喷粉机的研制

摘　　要：在泰山牌 3WF 2型背负式喷雾喷粉机的基础上 ,采用新设计的汽油机缸体 ,更换曲轴轴承和化油器 ,改进了化油器的限速隔热垫和风机出口弯头 ,并增配特殊的雾化器 (超低容量喷头 ) ,从而进一步提高了该机的使用性能 ,不但能进行常规喷雾 ,还可进行超低容量喷雾。This machine was designed and manufactured based on the original model Taishan 3WF2 knapsack sprayer/duster by improving the heat isolate gasket of speed elimination, adopting the new cylinder gasket of gasoline, and replacing the bearing, the outlet of fan and the atomizer. As a result, the quality of the machine was greatly improved not only for normal spraying but also for the lowest content spraying. The height of spraying was raised by 3 m and reached 13~14 m compared with the original. The improved machine can meet the requirement of the prevention and control of plant diseases and the elimination of pests.
