纳米银抗菌贴膜在AIDS患者PICC置管术中应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较透明贴膜和纳米银抗菌贴膜在AIDS患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)术后的应用效果。方法将68例PICC术后的AIDS患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组使用纳米银抗菌贴膜,对照组使用透明贴膜,观察2组的舒适度和局部感染情况。结果试验组自觉舒适感优于对照组,局部感染率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 AIDS患者PICC术后早期使用纳米银抗菌贴膜,舒适度好,局部感染率低。Objective To compare the clinical effect of using transparent medical film and nano-silver antibacterial film after the performance of placing peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） in AIDS patients. Methods Totally 68 AIDS patients after the performance of placing PICC were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. Nano-silver antibacte- rial film was used in the experimental group, and transparent medical film in the control group. Comfortable feeling and the inci- dence of local infection were observed and compared between the 2 groups. Results Comfortable feeling of the experimental group was superior to that of the control group, and the incidence rate of local infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. The differences in the comfortable feeling and the incidence rate of local infection were significant between the 2 groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The early use of nano-silver antibacterial film after the performance of placing PICC can bring comfortable feeling and show a low incidence rate of local infection in AIDS patients.
