摘 要:对常规的电弧焊接工艺与设备进行高效化改型,有利于实现低成本、易操作的优质高效焊接,对提升制造业焊接技术水平有重要意义。近年来,美、德、日等国推出了TIG、MIG/MAG、PAW等电弧焊接工艺的各类高效化改型技术与设备。文中将首先对这方面的情况进行评述,介绍TIP TIG、TOP TIG、Ultra TIG、CFTIG、ColdArc、RMD、CBT、ColdMIG、TIG-MIG hybrid等改型焊接新工艺的原理与应用。介绍了作者课题组自主研发的受控脉冲穿孔等离子弧焊接新工艺。High efficiency modification of conventional arc welding processes is helpful to realize welding operation with features of low cost,easy operation,high quality and high efficiency.Thus,it is of great significance to raise the technical level of welding in industry.Recently,various arc welding processes and equipment's are developed in USA,Germany and Japan.This article firstly reviews the relevant information in this aspect,and introduces the principles and applications of the modified arc welding processes,such as TIP TIG、TOP TIG、Ultra TIG、CF TIG、ColdArc、RMD、CBT、ColdMIG、TIG-MIG Hybrid arc,etc.Then,a novel plasma arc welding process developed by the authors' group,i.e.,the controlled pulse keyholing plasma arc welding,will be introduced.
