摘 要:利用电子束焊接10 mm厚2A14铝合金,研究了不同阶段电子束流对接头性能和焊接缺陷的影响。结果发现:焊接前施加预热束流有助于消除焊缝中的气孔,而焊接束流的大小直接决定着焊缝的热量输入。通过X射线探伤检验发现,当电子束流较小时,会由于热量不足而产生未焊透、气孔等缺陷。随着电子束流的增加,接头内部缺陷减少,焊缝质量提高。当电子束流大于24 mA时,会由于热输入过大而产生焊缝塌陷。焊后重熔束流的使用可以去除存在于焊根的气孔,同时可以帮助消除未焊透缺陷。拉伸试验表明在束流小于22 mA的情况下,随着束流的增大,接头抗拉强度增加,焊后重熔可以一定程度上提高接头的抗拉强度,接头抗拉强度最高达到395 MPa。Electron beam welding were performed on 2A14 plates of 10 mm in thickness.The effects of beam current at different stages on the welds properties and defects were investigated.It was found that preheat beam current helps to reduce the pores in the welds.Beam current determines the heat input,and the welds will be incomplete penetration if the beam current is lower.X-ray radiographic inspection indicated that the number of defects in welds decreases with increasing beam current,and the weld quality is better.When the beam current is higher than 24 mA,there appears surface depression in the welds.Re-melting welds can remove the pores in the root of weld,also eliminate the incomplete penetration defect.Tensile tests show ed that tensile strength of the joints increases with increasing beam current when the beam current was lower than 22 mA.The maximum tensile strength of the weld is up to 395 MPa after re-melting.
