摘  要:通过室温拉伸、弯曲、硬度试验以及金相分析等对6005A铝合金MIG焊焊前去油后不打磨和打磨两种工艺行为的力学性能与显微组织进行了对比性研究。结果表明:6005A铝合金MIG焊焊前去油后打磨与不打磨两种工艺接头抗拉强度分别为母材的71.74%和71%;两种工艺焊接接头室温弯曲试验,正弯背弯均达到180°;两种接头硬度曲线走向一致,均有软化区,熔合线处不打磨工艺接头硬度略高;两种工艺接头组织没有明显的不同,均为典型的铸态组织。两种工艺接头相同区域的成分元素含量亦无明显差别。The microstructures and properties of 6005A aluminum alloy joint no-grinding and grinding before welding were compared by room-temperature tensile,bending,hardness test and metallographic analysis.The results showed that the welded joints of 6005A aluminum alloy by metal inert-gas welding has high tensile strength,can reach 71.74%and 71%of that of the base metal for the joint with grinding and no-grinding before welding,respectively.Both the normal and reverse bending angle reach 180° for joints with grinding and no-grinding before welding.Two kinds of joints have the same hardness variation and softening areas.The hardness of welded joint without grinding is higher in heat-affected zone.The microstructures in both joints have no obvious difference,and both are the typical casting organization.The element component is no obvious difference in the same zone.
