摘　　要：抗菌肽是生物体抵御外界病原体侵袭时产生的一类小分子活性多肽,是生物体内先天性防御系统的重要组成成分。这类活性多肽多数具有热稳定性、酸碱适应性及广谱抗细菌、真菌、病毒、寄生虫及肿瘤细胞等特点。该文综述抗菌肽的来源分类及生物活性,并对其应用前景进行展望。Antimicrobial peptides, a class of small - molecule active peptides, are an important component of the innate defense system of organism to resist outside pathogen invasion. The majority of such active peptides have characteristics of thermal stability, pH adaptability and broad - spectrum of anti - bacterial, fungi, viruses, parasites and tumor cells. This paper reviews the sources, classifieations and bio- logical activities of antimicrobial peptides, and look forward to its future application.
