摘　　要：目的总结人工全膝关节置换术中髌韧带损伤预防及修复方式。方法查阅关于人工全膝关节置换术中髌韧带损伤预防及修复的相关文献,进行总结分析。结果人工全膝关节置换术中可通过主动增加暴露来预防髌韧带损伤,损伤后可通过单纯修复、同种异体材料重建、人工材料重建以及辅助加强修复重建。结论人工全膝关节置换术中髌韧带的损伤不容忽视,积极预防和熟练掌握不同的修复技术可为患者术后膝关节功能恢复提供帮助。Objective To review the progress in the prevention and repair of patellar ligament injury in total knee arthroplasty. Methods Recent literature about the prevention and repair ofpatellar ligament injury in total knee arthroplasty was reviewed and analyzed, Results Increased exposure can prevent the patellar ligament injury, and treatments of acute patellar ligament rupture can be obtained by simple repair, reconstruction with allograft materials or artificial materials, and auxiliary strengthening. Conclusion Patellar ligament injury in total knee arthroplasty should not be ignored. Active prevention and repair of patellar ligament injury can obtain better function of knee joint.
