摘　　要：Th17是能够分泌白介素17的T细胞亚群，在机体防御微生物感染和介导免疫炎症性损伤的发生发展中有重要意义。莱姆病及梅毒是由不同螺旋体亚型导致的慢性感染性疾病，研究显示，在不同病期莱姆病及梅毒患者的皮损、组织液和外周血中Th17有显著差异，Th17活化是莱姆病性关节炎的重要发病因素，同时也参与了二期梅毒的急性炎症反应。T helper 17 （Thl7） cells, a new subset of T ceils capable of secreting interleukin-17 （IL- l7）, play important roles in ost defense against microbial infection and mediation of immuno-inflammatory response. Lyme disease and secondary syphilis are chronic infectious diseases caused by different species of spirochaeta. Studies have shown that Thl7 cells vary significantly with the stages of Lyme disease and syphilis in skin lesions, tissue fluid and peripheral blood of patients. It is believed that Thl7 cell activation is the main cause of arthritis in Lvme disease, and also responsible for the acute inflammation in secondary svnhilis.
