摘  要:目的比较经前囟二维超声、三维超声自由解剖切面、三维超声自由解剖切面联合容积对比成像(VCI)3种方法观察正常胎儿小脑蚓部的效果。方法选择接受产前超声检查的孕20~38周正常胎儿204胎,应用经前囟二维超声、三维超声自由解剖切面、三维超声自由解剖切面结合VCI3种方法观察胎儿小脑蚓部,设定图像评分标准,并对所获图像评分。结果三种方法对胎儿小脑蚓部图像评分为0.83±_1.52、2.77±1.25、4.64±1.02(F=453.470,P〈0.001),且三维超声自由解剖切面联合VCI得分明显高于另外两种方法(q=4.637,P〈0.01)。结论三维超声自由解剖切面联合VCI有助于清晰显示正常胎儿小脑蚓部。Objective To compare the effect of two-dimensional (2D) transfrontal imaging, three-dimensional (3D) Om- niView and 3D OmniView combined with volume contrast imaging (VCI) in observing normal fetal cerebellar vermis. Methods A total of 204 normally developed fetuses were examined prospectively at 20-38 weeks" gestation. Fetal cerebel lar vermis was observed by using three technologies including 2D transfrontal imaging, 3D OmniView and 3D OmniView combined with VGI, and the image grading standards to grade for gained pictures were set. Results The scores of pictures gained with 2D transfrontal imaging, 312) OmniView and 3D OmniView combined with VCI was 0. 83±1. 52, 2.77±1.25 and 4.64±1.02, respectively (F=453. 470, P〈0. 001), and scores gained by OmniView combined with VCI was higher than that of other two methods (q=4. 637, P〈0.01). Conclusion 3D OmniView combined with VCI is helpful to displa- ying normal fetal cerebellar vermis.
