摘　　要：针对当前我国化工园区发展过程中出现的环境污染问题以及给居民生活带来的负面影响,以常州滨江化工园为例,从化工企业的卫生防护距离、大气污染、水污染、噪声污染、经济效益等方面进行综合分析,并借鉴国内外化工园区产居格局的隔离方式,最后从公共安全角度,重点从产居格局的调整、生态修复体系的构建、工艺水平的提高等方面对常州滨江化工园进行规划引导,合理布局产业,以减少生产对生活的影响,从而实现经济社会的全面可持续发展。Against the environmental pollution problems appearing in the development of the chemical industrial park as well as its negative impacts on the residents, the paper takes the riverside chemical industrial park of Changzhou as an example, and conducts a comprehensive analysis of health protection distance, air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution, economic benefits of the park. And then, the paper borrows the isolation way of industrial and residential patterns of the chemical park at home and abroad. Finally, based on public safety perspective, the study gives planning guides to Changzhou riverside chemical industrial park from the point view of the adjustment of the industrial and residential patterns, the construction of ecological restoration system and the improvement of the technology and other aspects, in order to reduce the impact of the production to life, so as to achieve sustainable development of economy and society.
