摘　　要：目的探讨应用Shin法外眦成形术和皮肤重置法内眦赘皮矫正术延长睑裂的临床效果。方法采用Shin法外眦成形术，将上睑结膜瓣旋转至下睑缘，并通过重置皮肤将垂直的皮肤张力转化为横向的皮肤张力，以延长睑裂。结果本组共1216例患者，随访3～24个月，其中17例内眦切口瘢痕增生，6例外眦切口瘢痕增生，1例有内外眦切口瘢痕增生，其余1192例患者对术后效果满意。结论采用Shin法外眦成形术联合皮肤重置法内眦赘皮矫正术，能有效延长睑裂，维持眼部的自然形态。Objective To explore the clinical effects of Shin＇s method of lateral canthoplasty and skin resetting method of medial epicanthoplasty on palpebral fissure extension. Methods Based on Shin＇s method of lateral cauthoplasty, an upper palpebral conjunctiva flap was rotated to the lower palpebral margin, and the vertical tension of skin was inversed to the horizontal tension by resetting the skin to extending the palpebral fissure. Results After 3 to 24 months following up, 1216 patients treated with the method mentioned above were satisfied with the results except for 17 cases with hypertrophic scars in the lateral canthus, 6 cases with hyper-trophic scars in the medial canthus and 1 cases with hypertrophic scars in the medial and lateral canthus. Conclus ion Shin＇s method of lateral canthoplasty and skin resetting method of medial epicanthoplasty could effectively extend canthus and keep natural eye contour.
