扩张器修复头面部继发创面的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨皮肤软组织扩张术治疗头面部肿物切除术后缺损的临床效果。方法自2009年3月至2013年3月，对头面部20例良性肿物及术后瘢痕患者，采取在病变周围正常部位皮肤软组织内置入扩张器，进行常规注水扩张，获得足够的额外皮肤，Ⅱ期手术时彻底切除病变组织，应用扩张后多余的皮瓣修复缺损。结果20例患者术后修复部位的组织色泽、质地与周围组织基本一致，随访1～3个月，外观修复效果满意。结论皮肤扩张术是修复头面部术后皮肤缺损的较好方法。Objective To investigate the effect of skin expansion on the skin defect after ectomy of cranial and facial benign tumor. Methods From March of 2009 to March of 2013, we implanted expander under the normal skin around the lesions among the 20 patients, and then the expander was enlarged gradually by injection normal saline. After enough skin was ready, the lesions were excised and secondary defect were repaired by skin expansion flap. Results At 3 months after operation, the colour, shape and texture of the repaired region were same to the normal skin. Conclusion Expansion is the fine method to repair the skin defect after facial operation.
