三维超声成像诊断膀胱疾病的价值

摘　　要：目的评价三维超声成像在膀胱疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法对89例膀胱疾病的患者进行三维超声成像检查,并与膀胱镜活检或手术病理结果对照。结果 89例患者中.膀胱癌53例,膀胱乳头状瘤2例,膀胱结石18例,膀胱憩室8例(3例伴憩室内结石),腺性膀胱炎6例,膀胱内血凝块2例。三维超声成像可直接显示膀胱病变的形态、大小、部位、数量、回声及血供情况。结论三维超声成像图像清晰、直观、具有较强的立体感,可清晰显示膀胱疾病的形态特点及其与周围组织的结构关系,对膀胱疾病的诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of three dimensional ultrasound（3DUS） in bladder dis ease. Methods 89 patients with bladder disease were examined with 3DUS. The results of 3DUS were compared with bladder microscopic biopsy and/or surgical operation. Results Among 89 cases with bladder disease, 53 cases were bladder cancers,2 cases were bladder papillomas, 18 cases were vesical calculus, 8 cases were vesical diverticulurns（3 cases with calculus in diverticulum of bladder） ,6 cases were glandular cystitis,2 cases were blood clots within the blad def. 3DUS shows the morphosis, size, location, numbers, echoegenicity and blood supply of bladder disease directly. Conclusions The 3DUS imaging is clear,direet-viewing and provides accurate anatomic data of bladder disease with the surrounding tissue structure relation. It has large clinical significance in the diagnosis of bladder disease.
