超声造影评价颈总动脉内中膜厚度的研究

摘  要:目的探讨超声造影在颈总动脉前、后壁内中膜厚度(IMT)测定中的应用价值。方法在二维和超声造影模式下,观察颈总动脉前、后壁内中膜显示清晰程度,分别测量颈总动脉内径,前、后壁IMT值。结果造影后颈总动脉前壁内中膜显示满意率有明显提高(P<0.01);造影前、后颈总动脉后壁内中膜显示满意率没有明显差异(P>0.05);造影后颈总动脉内径值大于造影前颈总动脉内径值(P<0.05);造影后前壁IMT值大于造影前前壁IMT值(P<0.01);造影后后壁IMT值小于造影前后壁IMT值(P<0.01)。结论超声造影可以明显提高颈总动脉前壁内中膜显示满意率。Objective To study the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in measuring the intima-media thick- ness (IMT) of the near wall and far-wall of common carotid artery. Methods To define the clarity of intim^media o{ common carotid arteries and measurement the largest diameters and the IMT of near-wall and far-wall of common ca rotid arteries,under two dimensional ultrasound mode and contrast-enhanced ultrasound mode respectively. Results Contrast-enhanced ultrasound could improve the levels of clarity of intima media of near-wall of the common carotid arteries(P〈0.01). The differences of clarity levels of far-wall intima media of the common carotid arteries before and after contrast enhanced ultrasound were not significant(P〉0.05). The diameters of common carotid arteries under contrast enhanced ultrasound mode were more than those of common carotid arteries under two dimensional ultrasound (P〈0.05). Compared to two dimensional ultrasound mode,IMTs of near-wall of the carotid arteries were thicker(P〈 0.01 ), IMTs of far-wall of the carotid arteries were thinner than under contrast-enhanced ultrasound mode(P〈0.01). Conclusions Contrast-enhanced ultrasound could improve the clarity levels of of near-wall intima media of common carotid arteries markedly.
