摘  要:采用气相色谱质谱法分离检测药对枳壳白术及其单味药的挥发油成分;利用交互移动窗口因子法对其共有组分进行比较分析;用质谱库结合保留指数进行定性,并采用面积积分法进行定量分析。研究结果表明:枳壳、白术和药对枳壳白术的挥发油分别定性47,46和89个成分,占总峰面积比的92.64%,92.29%和83.10%;药对枳壳白术与枳壳、白术的共有组分分别为39和37个;药对挥发油的主要组分来自枳壳与白术,二者大约各占50%。The volatile constituents in herbal pair (HP) and its single herbs were detected and analyzed by the method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and alternative moving window factor analysis (AMWFA) and by mass spectrometry library combining retention indices. Then, comparison analysis of common volatile constituents in herbal pair (HP) Fructus Aurantii (FA) -Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (RAM) and its single herbs was performed. In total, 47, 46 and 89 volatile chemical components in volatile oil of FA, RAM and its herbal pair FA- RAM were separately determined qualitatively, accounting for 92.64 %,92.29% and 83.10% of total contents of volatile oil in FA, RAM and its herbal pair FA- RAM respectively. The results show that there are 39 common volatile constituents in herbal pair and single herb FA, and 37 common volatile constituents in herbal pair and single herb RAM.The volatile chemical components in herbal pair FA-RAM from single herb and FA from single herb RAM are all about 50%.
