摘　　要：超声斑点追踪(STI)技术是评价心肌旋转、扭转及解旋运动的新技术。该技术不受心脏整体运动影响,且无角度依赖性。本文对STI在评价正常及病理状态下心脏扭转及解旋运动的应用研究作一综述。Spreckle tracking imaging（STI） is a new technique for quantifying ventricular rotation, torsion and untwist. It is independent of global cardiac motion and ultrasound angle. This article reviews the characteristics of ventricular rotation, torsion and untwist in normal heart and various cardiac pathologic states by STI.
