摘　　要：目的探讨Barrett食管患者食管黏膜组织中Ki-67的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法测定45例经胃镜及活检确诊的Barrett食管(试验组)及30例正常食管黏膜组织(对照组)中Ki-67的表达。结果 Ki-67在Barrett食管中表达的阳性率为88.9%,在正常食管黏膜组织中表达阳性率为33.5%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Barrett食管黏膜组织中Ki-67表达增强反映上皮细胞增殖活性异常增高,提示其在Barrett食管的肿瘤进程中起重要作用。Objective To discuss the expression and significance of Ki-67 in Barrett esophagus. Methods The expression of Ki-67 was determined by immunohistoehemistry technique （SP method） in 45 cases of Barrett esophagus diagnosed by gastroscopy and biopsy （experimental group） and 30 cases of normal esophageal mucosa tissue （control group）. Results The positive rates of Ki-67 in Barrett esophagus group and control group were 88.9% and 33.5%. The expression of Ki-67 was significantly different between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Expression of Ki-67 increases in mucous membrane tissue of Barrett esophagus, which reflects the unusually high proliferation activity of epithelial cells. The results also point out that Ki-67 may play an important role in the course of esophageal cancer process.
