摘　　要：To the editor： The number of studies of antibodies against neuronal surface antigens in patients with idiopathic orparaneoplastic limbic encephalitis （LE） has increased significantly.＇ But 7-aluinobutyric acid-B receptor antibodies （GABABR-ab） in patients with LE are rare. Detailed characteristics and responses to treatment remain unclear so far.
