雾化吸入高渗盐水和氨哮素治疗毛细支气管炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨雾化吸入3%NaCl溶液(简称高渗盐水)和氨哮素治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法采取随机对照方法,将208例毛细支气管炎患儿分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组106例,雾化吸入高渗盐水3ml+8μg氨哮素,3次/d;对照组102例,雾化吸入生理盐水3ml+地塞米松和α-糜蛋白酶5mg加入生理盐水中,3次/d;疗程为雾化至患儿痊愈,观察两组临床症状、体征改善情况并对比其疗效。结果疗效比较,治疗组总有效率99.1%,对照组总有效率89.2%;治疗组与对组主要症状与体征比较,喘照息缓解时间平均缩短1.5d;咳嗽缓解时间平均缩短1.1d;住院时间平均缩短1.9d。经统计学处理,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论雾化吸入高渗盐水和氨哮素治疗毛细支气管炎,能有效改善毛细支气管炎喘息症状,缩短住院时间,疗效更显著。Objective Discussion on 3%NaCl inhalation solution（referred to as the hypertonic saline） clinical efficacy and clenbuterol treatment of bronchiolitis.Methods A randomized controlled method,208 patients with bronchiolitis were divided into treatment group and control group,106 cases in treatment group,inhalation of hypertonic saline 3 ml＋8 μg clenbuterol,3 times /day;102 cases in the control group,aerosolized saline 3 ml＋ dexamethasone and chymotrypsin 5mg joined the physiological salt water,3 times per day;for the treatment of atomization to children recovered,observed two groups of clinical symptoms,signs and compared the efficacy.Results Comparison of curative effect,the total effective rate of treatment group 99.1%,control group,the total efficiency of 89.2%;the treatment group and the comparison group of main symptoms and signs,panting as interest relief time was shortened by 1.5 d;cough relief time was shortened by 1.1 d;the average duration of hospitalization was shortened to 1.9 d.By statistical analysis,the differences were statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05） Conclusions Inhalation of hypertonic saline and clenbuterol treatment of bronchiolitis,can effectively improve the bronchiolitis wheezing symptoms,shorten the time of hospitalization,the more significant effects.
