玉丹荣心丸治疗肺炎支原体肺炎并心肌损害的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨玉丹荣心丸治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎并心肌损害的疗效。方法将肺炎支原体肺炎合并心肌损害的患儿60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组患儿加用玉丹荣心丸,比较两组治疗前后的血清心肌酶谱及心电图变化。结果治疗组治疗后血清CK、CK-MB、LDH明显低于对照组(P均<0.05),但治疗后两组心电图恢复正常率比较差异无统计学意义。结论玉丹荣心丸治疗肺炎支原体肺炎并心肌损害临床有效,且安全性高。Objective To study and analyze the effect of the treament that given Yu Dan Rong xin wan on mycoplasmal pneumonia with cardiac damage.Methods 60 patients with mycoplasmal pneumonia,which were complicated by cardiac damage,were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.All patients received conventional treatment.On the basis,the observation group was given Yu Dan Rong xin wan.The treatment course was 7 days.The levels of creatine kinase（CK）,creatine kinase-MB（CK-MB）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST）,lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） and hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase（HBDH） were compared between the two groups.The ECG Changes were compared between the two groups too.Results The levels of CK,CK-MB,LDH,AST,and HBDH obviously decreased after treatment in both gtoups（P＆lt; 0.05）.Compared with control group,the levels of CK,CK-MB and LDH were significantly decreased in observation group（P＆lt; 0.05）.But The ECG changes was not significant different between the two group（P＆gt; 0.05）.No side effects were found in all patients.Conclusion The treatment that given Yu Dan Rong xin wan on the conventional treatment is effective and safe for mycoplasmal pneumonia with cardiac damage and is worthy of clinical application.
